Meet Warren Duncan
Warren makes certain that billion-dollar infrastructure programmes don't fail. Over the past 26 years he has commanded mission-critical transformations across JP Morgan Chase, Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, BHP, Australia Post & SingTel/ANZ Bank the kind where downtime isn't measured in lost revenue, but in systemic risk.
At JP Morgan Chase, he served as Governance owner of final tollgate and Incident Commander for a 3-year North America data centre exit, governing cutover execution for 2,500 legacy application migrations. Before that, led a 2-year 8PB SAN/NAS migration for Standard Chartered under penalty-driven timelines, APAC end-user computing delivery at Deutsche Bank, and infrastructure portfolio management across ASX-listed enterprise environments. Programme values have ranged from AUD$25M to $1B+ risk exposure.
The approach combines deep governance rigour, PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, COBIT with hands-on command-and-control leadership in zero-downtime environments. He doesn't manage programmes from spreadsheets. Warren owns the room when systems are at risk, teams are under pressure, and executives need certainty that we'll cross the line intact.
Right now, Warren is focused on resilience management at scale: ensuring that when complexity meets volatility, infrastructure holds and delivery doesn't bend.
With Chief Technology Officer (CTO) certification from the National University of Singapore, Warren excels areas such as Digital Business & Technology Strategy, Program, Crisis and Change Management.
